3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 tsp. soda
1 1/2cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
Mix all together. Spread on a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Spread 1 cup whipped peanut butter on hot cookies. Cool, then spread with chocolate frosting.

Carrie I don't think he had any!! Their not his favorite thing. He only gives into the calories for ice cream!!
Speaking of icecream . . . Hypathetically, How would one deliver homemade, say if they made it for their dinner group?

We love peanut butter bars and HOMEMADE ice-cream. Carrie - I'd be willing to pick up my dinner that night, if you decided to make ice-cream. So you wouldn't have to worry about melting issues on deliveries.... think about it :)
