Fettucine Alfredo

1 cube butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 c parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic salt (to taste)

Melt butter and cream cheese together in pan on range. Beat in whipping cream. Add garlic salt. Heat until hot. Add parmesan cheese. Pour over cooked fettucine noodles. (I use penne pasta for dinner group.

Thanks for the yummo alfredo! We loved it and the Caesar Salad was awesome (You gave us 1/2 a bottle of dressing and we had 1/2 left over - we'll definately use it up but we don't need that much next time!) We had leftover pasta and salad for Jeff's lunch today. Perfect amount of everything!Remind me not to add the croutons to the salad until it's dished up on the plates. They don't last overnight in the salad :) - oops. Thanks again!

Jodi,
We loved your alfredo. I am a total fan of alfredo. We had plenty of dressing for the salad, probably enough for 2 more sittings. Portions were great, and the taste was even better.
Thank you!

love, love, love your alfredo, jodi! My kids look forward to it all day when they know that's what we're getting. Great salad, too. We ate everything.

It is so good to be back! Thanks for meeting my request - this was heaven!

We only need half the noodle and sauce that you gave us (and we'll still have leftovers) The half bread loaf was perfect! In fact, we had leftover of that and salad, too.
