Strawberry Layered Cake
1 white cake mix
Bake according to directions on box, but divide into 2 9 x 13 pans. Let cool.
2 8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 -4 c Cool Whip
3 pkg Strawberry Danish Dessert (Junk It)
2 small pkg fresh strawberries, clean and sliced
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Divide cream cheese mixture between 2 cakes. Spread on top. Lay strawberries on top of cream cheese mixture. Cook Danish dessert according to box directions. Pour Danish dessert on top of strawberries. Chill 3 -4 hours. Makes 2 9x13 cakes.

This was ssooo yummy. My brother-in-law tried to take the remains with him (after a huge salad, leftovers from Sue's salad, cheesecake pops and two helpings of the strawberry cake). This would be an excellent party dessert!
